We offer specialized programs across a broad spectrum of health and fitness programs. You’ll receive a tailor-made program that addresses exactly what you need and want.

  • If you’re dealing with acute/chronic pain or an injury, we will design a program for you.

  • If you’re an athlete looking to enhance your performance, we can help.

  • If you simply want to improve how your body works and feels, we do that.

  • If you want to manage the effects of aging on your body’s mobility, we can help you.

This isn’t a big clinic or club where you can get lost in a crowd. When you sign up for a Pilates class at Art and Science, you’ll get individual attention from teachers who really know their stuff. We intentionally keep our classes small (3-5 people) so that we can tailor your workout to what your body needs.

Because our Pilates teachers work so closely with Serene Calkins, our Physical Therapist and Pilates Rehabilitation Practitioner, they have received advanced levels of training, insight and analysis in biomechanics, anatomy, kinesiology and movement analysis. All of this means a higher degree of individualized application of the classical Pilates principles for you.
