I’ve been teaching Pilates for nearly two decades, and co-founded the Pilates Center of Fort Collins in 1992. In the ensuing years, I’ve seen Pilates become a fitness movement that for many has become a self-help therapy; a journey to resolve a personal condition.

Pilates transforms people, toward a larger vision “that we discover our inner wisdom, our ability to self-heal and reconnect with the vital forces that constitute our true nature.” My book The Pilates Path to Health: Body, Mind, and Spirit, is my contribution to that end.

When I work with a client, I’m patient and open to their needs. I think my clients would say that I am friendly, easy-going, non-judgmental, and a good listener.

I bring all of my experience and skills to each session to help you achieve your goal. We embark on your healing journey as partners, where we uncover the unspoken benefits that are hallmark to a Pilates experience that enriches your life beyond the movement.

For me, the highest compliment I could receive is that my clients had a positive experience, feel better and have gained some insight into how their body, thought and form serve them.
